Work between rules, people, and interfaces

At Capgemini, I worked on the responsive implementation of an insurance e-commerce product and on internal systems for Bradesco Seguros. Those systems covered proposals, notifications, and other operational processes.

I also redesigned Conecta as a freelancer. My work spans user interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, usability testing, and collaboration with developers.

HOW I WORK

Areas of practice

  • Research and testing

I conduct interviews and usability tests to understand users' tasks, questions, and decision criteria.

  • Workflows and interfaces

I map processes and turn business rules into workflows and interfaces for internal systems and apps.

  • Prototyping and delivery

I build interactive prototypes, test options with users, and prepare specifications for development.

  • Design System

I create and evolve design systems for products with different needs and scales. I define components and patterns that keep the interface visually consistent as the application grows.

  • AI in my workflow

I use AI throughout my work to speed up research, prototyping, and artifact creation. I use it to explore different perspectives, review the outputs, and improve the quality of what I deliver.
